Log into your client area here.
Once logged in, click on Services or My Services from the navigation bar.
Choose the account you want to upgrade by clicking this portion.
You will be redirected to a page that shows the usage statistics of the hosting account on the right-hand side.
Click on the Upgrade Now tab.
Choose the new plan you wish to upgrade to but do not change the billing plan.

Custom plan can be also created on demand by customer.
