Logging into your webmail

In order to access your emails from your browser, you can log into the webmail area by visiting webmail.yourdomain.com. For instance, if your domain is testing.com, you can access the webmail by entering the URL: webmail.testing.com in your browser.

When your email account is created, an email is sent to your alternate email address, that was specified when the email account was being created, with your new email address and a password. These details sent will be used to login to webmail. If you did not receive this email, you can use the Forgot Password option on this page to resend the email. Alternatively, if you are not sure which address it was delivered to, you can obtain these details from your email administrator.

When you login to your account for the first time, it is advisable you change the password sent to you for security purposes.
