Why was my account suspended?

 

There are various reasons why your account was suspended. It may have been suspended because it has expired and payment has not been made for the renewal or probably because the account was involved in activities that go against our terms of service
 
If your account was suspended because it expired and you would like to restore it, login to your clientarea and click on Billing > My Invoices to view the pending invoice for your account. Once you have made payment for the renewal, send us a mail at support@tfhost.ng and we would assist you in unsuspending and renewing your account.
 
If you would like to get more information regarding the reason your account was suspended, send a mail to support@tfhost.ng stating the account name and we would be glad to assist.
