Can I get a refund once my certificate has been issued?

Yes. A refund for an SSL certificate can be requested within 5 days after certificate issuance. If a cancellation request is submitted when the 5-day grace period is over, the refund will not be issued.

Certificates which are activated but not issued yet can be canceled and refunded only if you request cancellation within 30 days from the purchase date. Send an email to sales@tfhost.ng or you can open a ticket via
https://www.tfhost.ng/contact.php  stating the domain name and invoice number used to purchase the SSL Certificate.

Note: The cancellation request which exceeds a 30 day period from the purchase date will not be fulfilled. This applies to both Comodo and Certum.
