How to create webmail filters

 

A filter is used to organize incoming mails. Filters can be used to move some mails to a particular folder or label, keep spam out, forward mails from a certain email address to another email address, depending on the combination you put in when creating the filter

To create a filter, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the webmail interface.
  2. At the top of the page, click on 3 parallel sign icon
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Click on Filter rules.
  5. You can add new rules you require.

Note:The filters are only applicable for the new incoming emails. All the existing messages will remain unaffected by the filters.
